I haven't tried out any of the fixes he describes but even if they don't solve my problem this video was a stand-out in a flooded 'market', 90% of which is well intended but mostly insufferable - annoying mind discombobulating 'mu-sick', sub-'gansta' idiom (including wearing caps with peaks sewn on to the back where do these people find this stuff I have yet to find one that doesn't have the peak where God intended - at the front), lack of relevant and a graspable vocabulary - so-called 'style' (if only) over content (I wish). Ali however does what he says on the label - straight up, no BS. Eleven out of ten stars - A Sincere Thank You Sir!!

What about just straight up rendering the video to a lossless render file & re importing it

Lossless lagarith cause even though you will wind up with a massive file
your not losing quality

But the imported clip plays real smooth
