Well, it’s kind of weird to say this as a hawks fan; but Russ was clearly about himself and created a culture of “me first” in Seattle the last few years there.

Schotty got hired because Russ wanted him, DK was drafted because Russ wanted a big target, and his agent started the trade discussions/rumors on Russ’ behalf.

The LOB was right, Russ is a image obsessed dude and killed the teams chance at back to back Super Bowls because the team was trying to appease a narcissist.
